I landed the breast of lamb in the #eatsouth challenege – which I’d never cooked with before so had to go looking for inspiration. I found it from Jamie Oliver on this video.
His take on a lamb version of Porchetta. Garlicky, tender lamb, cripy on the outside and tender in the middle – lovely.
